In all our apartments and Old Cottage there is possibility to put a baby cot and a high chair. Please inform us about your needs during the reservation.
For regular customers we offer discounts upon telephone booking. The discounts do not apply in holiday and New Year’s Eve season.
If you choose to arrive in a larger group, please contact the Resident in Zakopane.
We also charge a visitor’s tax for the benefit of the Municipal Office. It is 2,00 PLN per person per each night of stay.
The hotel night starts at 3:00 p.m. on the arrival day, and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the departure day.
Please book electronically or in over the phone. The booking will be confirmed only when you pay 30% of the downpayment. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled. The payer will receive an e-mail confirmation.
The downpayment shall not be returned if you cancel the booking within 7 days prior to the arrival. The outstanding sum shall be paid in cash immediately upon arrival.
During your stay there is a possibility to obtain Tatra Card which enables you to get discounts and other privileges at the partners who cooperate with the Organizer of Tatra Card Program.
